I've struggled with tiredness throughout. Things that have helped is getting lots of sleep (going to bed at 8 or earlier!), going for regular strolls in the fresh air or at least getting up from my desk and moving around a bit. I couldn't really eat well at the start as I was too sick, but when I could it helped.

If you can stomach it, I would suggest sipping very cold (ice) water and, as EeyoreIsh suggested, having a wander around or getting fresh air. Oh yeah, and early nights.

I struggled with tiredness too, can only agree with the above. Early nights, sips of water and short walks when possible. Short strolls are advisable when you work in an office, even for those that aren’t pregnant. I find I need to wee so often it's rare I'm still for longer than an hour.
The tiredness has eased for me a little now I am past 13 weeks

Exhausted but not sleeping through the night.

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and have a 19 month old who is an early riser anywhere between 4-6am. I seem to wake in the middle of the night, I’m having horribly vivid dreams and when I wake up I struggle to get back to sleep. Is anyone else having strange dreams? And I thought I’d start to feel better after 12 weeks but I’m still so tired. Anyone have any tips for better sleep? Smile

I'd recommend a Lumie Brightspark SAD desk lamp for anyone in an office with no sunlight regardless of pregnancy - I have one and it makes a massive difference to my energy levels! Until I get home from work and collapse into my bed at least:)
