Measuring large for dates

I was measuring 5 weeks ahead at my midwife appointment last week (I was 29 weeks, she measured me as 34 weeks). I've since had a growth scan and the baby is slightly larger than average but AFI is 22cm. Has anyone any experience of what this means? I understand it is borderline polyhydramnios, but I'm not seeing the midwife again for another couple of weeks so I'm not sure what happens (if anything) now...
TIA!

I'm measuring 6 weeks ahead but I've not had my growth scan yet (it's next Monday) and I'm having GTT as well.

If there was concern the sonography would refer you to a consultant straight away.

Try not to worry. (:
