Hello ladies, i currently have a 8month old son and am on maternity leave and am due to go back to work next week but...i have just found out that i am 2months pregnant. I am so scared to tell my boss. Can i get into trouble? Please help me! x

They might not be pleased but legally you're fine. You also don't have to tell them for ages yet.

Congratulations! ! No you are absolutely fine.
Your boss may be a little peeved but tough on him or her. Do not necessarily panic - the law is totally on your side.

Dont assume im right about 26 weeks.
Is it a big employer? Do you have an hr dept? What is yiur boss like in general?

I was in a similar position once - DS1 was 12m old when I went back to work 3m pregnant with DS2. DS1 was concieved with medical intervention - DS2 was a surprise!

My boss was NOT happy. He didn't say anything to me and I didn't get in any trouble but there was a lot of behind the scenes muttering with our bigger boss which I was aware of in the background.

Don't sweat it. They can't fire you and your family is more important.
