Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

They might not be pleased but legally you're fine. You also don't have to tell them for ages yet.

StealthPolarBear · 20/01/2014 12:13

Congratulations! ! No you are absolutely fine.
Your boss may be a little peeved but tough on him or her. Do not necessarily panic - the law is totally on your side.

laurajane89 · 20/01/2014 12:13

When do i need to tell them?

I was in a similar position once - DS1 was 12m old when I went back to work 3m pregnant with DS2. DS1 was concieved with medical intervention - DS2 was a surprise!

My boss was NOT happy. He didn't say anything to me and I didn't get in any trouble but there was a lot of behind the scenes muttering with our bigger boss which I was aware of in the background.

Don't sweat it. They can't fire you and your family is more important.

I feel terrible because i love my job, i feel like im letting my work team down
