So around Christmas sales time went around shopping for deals and found some nice things on their website, put the order in, nobody picked up the phone , after a few emails and threat to claim a chargeback received an email saying that oh we had problems with our website and phones, your order is cancelled. Ok, when will I get my money back, still no answer and no money on the credit card... Might end up going through credit company at the end And if you have problems with phones and website, put some message on the website .... Anyhow don't buy from them ...

Oh dear... not good :S
Must be why a lot of my customers prefer buying from ebay, at least they are protected if something goes wrong. Not good this happened to you though :S

Ditto! This also happened to me too. It's outrageous. All happened this time last year. They answered my emails / calls to begin with and then radio silence. I will never buy from them again. I reported them to Citizen Advice and asked them to log the complaint with Trading Standards. Did you do the same?

Not the first thread on this. Thank you for highlighting the problem. Clearly been going on a while. A shame as nice products

Can't believe they are doing this again. I ordered some stuff from them May 2013, and it never arrived. Took me a while to realise and at first wasn't too concerned as my previous order had taken ages to arrive and only did so after several prompts from me. A friend of mine was having the same prob at the same time so it became clear that something was amiss. I tried emailing and phoning to no avail and really should have claimed the money back via my credit card company but just never got round to it. Anyway, a couple of months ago they started sending out offer emails again and I got in touch to say that they owed me a refund. They got back saying that their previous incarnation had gone into liquidation and they advised me to claim the money back through my bank. It's all really dodgy and my advice would be to not touch them with a barge pole.
