Hello there, I have been pregnant before but I sadly miscarriaged at 7 weeks... But a week ago I had all the pregnancy symptoms expect being physically sick. I was also late for my period by 4 days then all if a sudden I came back on my period first it was light then it got really heavy but I came off today and I've been getting really bad cramps to the point I cannot move outta bed I have been feeling sick to my stomach and having to rush to toilet is there any way I could be pregnant should I buy a test??
