Close together lines on test

Hi. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I took a test and it has 2 lines one dark (control) and one pink. But they are very close together? Does this still mean a positive as it's 2 lines ? Have been TTC for while.

If there are two lines that's a yes! Congrats Smile

Hi. Thanks for reply. The lines were close together nearly touching. Not far apart ones dark pink and ones light pink ? So I'm unsure. :s

Can you upload a pic op?

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 20/01/2014 12:27

If they both have colour then they are probably fine. Evap lines are generally colourless.

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 12:40

How do you upload a pic?! Thanks.

Hmmm I think you can go to a website like poas and do it there and then put link or put a pic straight to your profile but have to be on a computer not a phone....I think!! Smile

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 12:51

You need to make your profile public.

Go to your profile page, scroll down and there is a drop box right near 'save' where you can select 'make my profile visible to all Mumsnetters', then press save. x

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 13:57

That looks faulty to me

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 14:01

The picture isn't that great the link pink line is more solid.

Hmmm. Out of interest, what did the diagram on the instructions say. That does look a bit odd. TBH I think you need to PO another S. Far less worrying than pondering over this one.

livingzuid · 20/01/2014 14:05

That doesn't look right. I would test again. The lines should be further apart I think.

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 14:07

Hi. It says if pregnant then a second line (light pink ) will appear but further up. I just thought if it was faulty then the control line would not of appeared at all. I'm going to re rest ! Confused

eurochick · 20/01/2014 14:09

That's odd. Has the control line just spread maybe? You need to test again.

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 14:10

I thought maybe it had run/spread too. However when looking at it in real life there very separate thick different coloured lines?

Feelingfatty · 20/01/2014 14:32

Hmmm po another s to be sure. That test does look dodgy I'm afraid would have no idea one way or another!! Hope you get the result you want Thanks good luck!

Aimee27xx · 20/01/2014 16:55
