I have mountains of boy and girl clothes/stuff as have one of each already.

I 'm finding it a nightmare sifting through all the bags and guess sizes and what a newborn needs. I 'd cut all labels out of babygros so hard to judge sizes.

Anyone else facing this logistical nightmare? I'm fed up!

OP, you're gonna hate me...

All DD's clothes are organised by size into labelled plastic crates.

Sorry Grin

It took my mum and I a whole weekend of trawling through all the clothes, they had been put up in the loft in approximately the right sizes, but boy/girl combo confused. I have to say, once it was done it was enormously satisfying. I think it does take two to judge the sizes, so perhaps invite a friend around to work through it with????!!!!

Binbags, marker pen, sticky labels. Newborn, 0-3, 3-6. Boy, girl, either. 9 bags everything bigger than that goes back to be sorted another time. You'll have to guess the sizes but just pick a representative sleep suit for each size, why did u cut all the labels out?!

We moved house just before Christmas so got rid of all our baby stuff and all the kids outgrown clothes. Fast forward 6 wks and we have just found out we are expecting no3.
Going to have to start from scratch, argh.

Just don't know how i'm going to find the time to sort through the older stuff once baby is here but at least I think i've found enough newborn stuff for now.
