Every night I keep getting a hot flush and then feel sick but the sickness feels like travel sickness is this normal in early pregnancy I am about 5 weeks gone xx

I had exactly this for a good few weeks.now almost 15wks and no hot flushes :) hopefully will pass for you. Try your best to stay hydrated and light layers you can strip on and off as you need

Completely normal. Im 14 weeks pregnant and I still get the hot flushes and sickness. Fingers crossed it wont last too much longer for you.
