Anxiety for no apparent reason

There's something not quite right with me. Today and yesterday I have been suffering with anxiety for no apparent reason - I used to have full on panic attacks when I was younger and it's no where near as bad as that, but this is how they started off. I have the shakes, crawling skin, shortness of breath, the works. I want to go and hide in my bed.

I can't think of anything that could have set me off. Everything is going pretty darn well! Baby seems to be fine, kids are all good, me & hubby are getting on great, work is good, the car insurance is a hassle but not upsetting me, I can't think of anything that could be stressing me out.... but I am freaking!

Is anyone else getting this? Anyone have any tips to try and calm myself down?

I was about to post something similar. For the past couple of days I haven't been able to stop crying for no reason.
I think it's because everything is going well I think something bad will happen to spoil it. I had a similar few weeks in the first trimester when I thought something bad was going to happen to baby but now I'm constantly worried about DH. I know it's hormones but it doesn't make it any better.
I am worried that feeling like this now means I'm going to be more prone to post natal depression though.
I hope you feel better and it passes quickly.

Hi Cupcake

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're feeling bad too. It's rubbish isn't it!? I've got my dating scan on Monday and I don't think I'm worried about it. This is my 4th baby and everything seems fine from experience.

I'm hoping its a hormonal thing that passes quickly and lets me get on with enjoying this preg and keeping the other kiddies involved. It's my last one. I don't want to spend it poorly and freaking out.
