Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but are you meant to take another folic acid supplement if you (sorry tmi) bring your breakfast back up? I usually take mine right after breakfast and the sicky sessions seemed to have properly kicked in today... Just worried that the vitamins/folic acid won't be absorbed.

Try taking your vitamin at a different time of day - I found the best for me was as I was getting into bed at night!

I took mine before bed when i felt least sick, take yours at a time you probably wont throw it back up.

Im unsure whether taking another tablet is a good idea, as some may already get in your system before being sick, best to check with your mw as one tablet contains the RDA. Taking extra might not be an issue, best to check though
