If you had it as a child you should be ok, if not it might be more of a problem, though I'm not sure there's anything you can do about it. I'd ring your GP or mw just to check.

I'm in a similar boat in that there's been a case of chicken pox at DD's nursery, and I'm dreading her getting it too...

thanks - I have had it as have both my dcs so hopefully I wont have to worry
