Pinching feeling

I'm 34 weeks and started getting a uncomfortable feeling in my thigh it's not painful just a bit annoying. Feels like someone is pinching under my thigh. Anyone experienced anything like this/know what it could be/how to stop it?

Back of your thigh? It sounds like sciatica. Its caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve and is part of the whole PGP thing.
Have a trip to the GP or midwife. They should be able to help with a referral to an osteopath or physio which might help.
