OMG - I have got piles! What should I do?? EEEEEEK.

Not amused - 37 wks and am suffering terribly with piles - never had them before during this pregnancy or the last. Feel embarrassed to go to the doctor or to talk to a pharmacist. What can I do to ease the discomfort? How do I get rid of them? YIKES!

Anusol... cream to shrink.

Ouch - I suffered before pregnancy then all through my first pregnancy and they're back again, so I can really sympathise. Be religious with putting the cream on. I didn't get much help from GP except a stronger cream which smelt better than Anusol. GP will also bang on about high fibre diet to you. If it's any help mine got better immediately after childbirth
