Does anyone know if it's okay to take during pregnancy? The hot weather is bunging me up

not sure about that but you can take lactulose

or fybogel - come to think of it I think it is known os senokot now but in sachets not the tablets. Hope it helps! Have you tried prune juice and lots of water?

Thanks Yep, am drinking lots of water. No prune juice as yet but the stuffy weather always does this to me...

it is. if you can find tamarind juice in asian foodshops, it also helps. senokat leaves come from the same plant. drink more water.

You can use fybregel sachets - you get them from Boots. I went through a couple of packets earlier in my pregnancy.
