37+2 and I'm so swollen! It hurts to sit or walk, baby is engaged but didn't expect pain like this. Everything feels like it's twice the normal size and like I have a tennis ball between my legs, is this normal? Sorry if TMI.

Sounds like you may have a touch of SPD, brought on by the baby's head being engaged. Talk to your midwife about it.

Maybe you have "lady piles" not sure what the medical term is sorry Confused but think it's common ?

I felt like this with DC2, she sat low compared to DC1 and I felt as though she was just going to fall out if I sneezed- but she didn't!

Vulval Varicosities? Fanjo varicose veins to be blunt? I've discovered this little delight. I was having a wash and realised that things were a bit 'unbalanced' down there! Mine doesn't hurt but I've heard they can be hell!
Time to get youself looked at id say, but be reassured that apparently they clear off after birth.
