confused! need some advice

Hello, so bassicaly i had the implant put it on July 2013 i use to get constant bleeding but haven't bleed since middle of november, my boobs are very sore and gone off certain foods. Also today i am getting really bad cramps. Do you think i should do i test or just wait see if my period comes?

I had all of these symptoms with the implant, had implanon in for a year and nexplanon in for two and a half years. I used to get 6 months of periods all at once and then nothing for a year. My hair also started to fall out that i got so fed up and had it removed early september and went straight on the pill. Im now 13 weeks pregnant so have managed to get pregnant whilst taking the pill just after having the implant removed. I would definatley POAS and not wait for period as the implant can make them so irregular
