Is this tiredness normal?

Hi guys just wanted some opinions.

I'm almost 15 weeks and shattered. I had HD which for the most part has calmed down now and was back to work on Monday (am a teacher).

Since then I've been exhausted. Sleeping at lunchtime in my classroom, sleeping after school, sleeping about 7 hrs at night.

Last night I felt so tired it actually made me feel ill- was sick and couldn't eat and went to bed at 8pm. Where I have been ever since.

I have now slept for more than 16hrs on and off and still feel tired. I'm so tired I'm having dreams where I'm falling asleep doing everyday things like driving and walking.

I reckon if I let myself now I could go back to sleep til morning .... Is this normal at this stage?!

That tiredness has always been normal for me. Your job sounds extra tiring as well. It would probably be worth getting your iron levels checked though.

I hope you feel a lot better soon.

Im a teacher too and feeling incredibly tired! Well done you for managing to make it through the school week, I got sent home earlier this week and have now been signed off for two weeks as my tiredness and nausea are so bad! You're definitely not alone although I can't offer any positive words about it getting easier as I'm only 12 weeks at the moment. Have spent all day in bed though...! Are you managing to sleep ok at night?
