I think I'm developing pgp. Have had hip pain at night for several months (am 32 weeks) but for the last couple of weeks I've felt stiff on getting up, pain in inner thighs - a bit like I've pulled a muscle - and more recently a burning feeling over the centre of my pubic bone. It's much worse if I've been walking - just the short walk to nursery yesterday triggered it and was uncomfortable until I sat down.
I'm lucky enough to see a personal trainer a couple of times a week, but haven't had any sessions for several weeks due to illness, xmas etc. Due to start again next week but just wondering what exercise I can do that wont exacerbate things. The midwife mentioned core exercises being helpful a few weeks ago?
Has anyone carried on exercising with pgp?
