To all parents and parents to be,
I advise you not to buy the tommee tippee electric steriliser. I have abstained a burn injury from my faulty one.
If you already have one then take care as the light on mine showed the the cycle to have finished, I waited 5 minutes and lifted the lid only to discover the cycle in flow and burnt my hand.
I now struggle to lift my daughter, change her and can not bathe her and therefore am missing out on precious moments.
I do not want any other new parent to experience this.
I have lost all faith in tommee tippee products and they do not seem interested in my complaint.
