varicose vein at top of pelvic area 36+3 should I be worried?

Last night I developed a massive varicose vain at the top left hand side of pelvic area should I be worried or not bother with it as it's just one of those things that can happen during pregnancy? Thanks if you've any info

I had one with my DS but a few weeks later it went-wonder whether it the pressure of the baby?!

That's what I'm thinking (it'll go away or at least calm down) now that I'm in the last month of pregnancy
