Everything I've read suggests that in your second pregnancy you should feel your baby move a lot earlier. I'm 19 weeks now and getting in a panic as I still haven't felt any movement, is this normal?
Had my first scan at 11 weeks and mw wouldn't attempt to listen for heartbeat at 16 week appointment so just feels so long ago that I knew for certain that baby was ok.

Hi clearly

I felt the first flutters of DS at 14 weeks so was expecting early movement with DC2, but didn't feel anything this time around until about 21 weeks, I was going crazy right up until the scan, then she kicked all afternoon.

Even now she has quiet days and i panic, but then makes up for it overnight or the following day. Try not to worry, you'll feel movement v soon I'm sure.

Don't panic - everyone is different. But do go to your GP and ask them to have a listen to the heartbeat. They don't mind, and it will put you at ease if you're worried.
