Very early pregnancy and big belly

I am the very early stages of pregnancy (2-3 weeks according to the POS, 1-2 weeks according to blood test) but my belly is rather big. I noticed it before I knew I was pregnant a few days ago as it looked bloated and it has been like that since the weekend.

I imagine it's nothing to worry about but did anyone have any similar experiences? It's my second pregnancy. With DD I showed quite a bit from about 10 weeks and my belly was huge by the end. I also still have separated abdominal muscles from the first pregnancy.

It probably is bloating, there's so many hormones rushing around your body right now it's going to have a few funny side effects including bloating from water retention or wind or other lovely things!
Congratulations on your pregnancy, look forward to when you get your real baby bump Smile

Thank you!

You're probably right! It's weird how being pregnant makes you worry about everything your body does! I am normally quite a rational, calm person but now I stress every time I feel a twinge!

I was the same, really bloated straight away. It's not a bump yet even though it feels like one
Congrats!

I'm pure bloat started at 4 weeks, cant do my jeans up and Im only 5+2.....but my weight has remained the same! I drink a lot though so suspect it mainly down to that and its my second.
