Think I've just got my BFP?

I'm 7 weeks late now, tested yesterday, got BFP but read the result after about 10 mins so didn't get my hopes up. Retested this morning and 2nd line appeared after about 5 mins. The box said not to read result after 5 mins though argh. Shall I re-test do I have a BFP.

Which test are you using? Try a clear blue maybe as they tend to more exact don't they? Does sound like a BFP though!

I used an Asda cheapy one last night and cheapo £shop one this morning.

Get a first response - my result came up straight away at 12dpo do should at 7 weeks (although of course everyone is different!).

Just got back from shop got a first response which I'm saving for fmu tomorrow if I can wait that long
Also got 4 cheapies. Bfp on them both although faint can I get excited yet?

It sounds like you are pregnant however if it has taken you until now to get faint positives I would suggest going to your GP or EPU and asking for a blood test to check your hcg levels.

Deffo just got a clear bfp using first response test.
Thinking I've got my dates mixed up somewhere and having irregular periods has made me think I'm further than what I am.

Congratulations! I'd speak to your GP & see if they'll do a dating scan, or would a private scan be an option?

I've tried to get in at gp and they told me to self refer to the midwife unit, so gave them a ring and they told me I should be referred through gp so a bit confused as to what my next port of call is.
Will look into private dating scan.
