I have my 16 week appointment with the midwife this week - what's likely to happen? Thanks.

Urine test. Blood pressure. You should get your results from booking in blood tests. MW may offer to listen in to baby with a Doppler, with a lot of caveats that if she can't find a HB doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Had mine this week..urine test, blood pressure and a tour back through the notes from the booking appt. Also opp to talk about anything worrying me. Then the HB, it was fantastic to hear. I cried all over MW. Luckily she is lovely. Hope yours goes well OP and you get to hear the HB
