Okay, the bad news is that, yes, your HCG levels are low for 5 weeks but the good news is that ovulation, conception and implantation are massively variable so while ovulation generally takes place around day 14 in a 28 day cycle, you could have ovulated much later in your cycle and it taken the embryo the full 12 days to implant rather than the 5 day minumum, making you closer to 4 weeks rather than 5 in terms of embyonic development.
I'm afraid it's just a waiting game now. Hope your levels have had a lovely increase on Monday.

From betabase website:
Ovulation day post ovulation
Median HCG Level
Lowest HCG Level Reported
Highest HCG Level Reported
Number of women reporting for this day
18 424 9 10529 4573
19 623 13 13485 4331
20 871 14 18303 3904
21 1280 14 24843 3494
22 1755 38 41000 2966
23 2500 40 62120 2571
24 3469 64 42975 2152
25 4376 139 45047 1752
26 5800 168 47218 1528
27 7329 293 55565 1276
28 9745 240 78815 1114

With normal cycle, 5 weeks is 21 days post ovulation. As you can see, the lowest level, with successful pregnancy is lower than your level, so hope this reassures you.

As another poster has said, you might be a bit earlier than you thought. The fact that the levels are rising well is good.

I think that sounds ok, I am sure they say try not to worry about the numbers but as long as they have doubled in 48 hours, I think mine was 56 at 4+2 and 168 at 4+4 and now I am 20 weeks pregnant!
