I am 20 weeks pregnant and my baby is always moving! Every time I lay down I always feel bub move, especially at night time I have really bad heartburn and when I lay down it's like him or her is trying to fight their way out! It's really nice to feel my baby's movements but should I be feeling this so often? Should I consider myself lucky?

I am 21+3 and I occasionally feel movements during day and especially in evening and feel this is not enough? I would say it's a good sign and you just have an active baby!

have you been for your 20 week anomaly scan? it may be that your placenta is at the back of u, mine is and I felt movements from about wk 17 and they were really noticeable and very active baby at wk20!

If it's any consolation, my midwife told me that active babies are v healthy babies- her words were that she's 'never seen an active downs syndrome baby'- they are very still in the womb (apparently, i stress).
I'm 17 weeks and plenty of kicks already. I'm enjoying them!
