Haven't found anything definite on Google about this. I have a cold and finding it hard to sleep with a bunged up nose. Is it okay to use Sinex spray?

Its topical so treating the area it's applied to, not going through stomach and blood first, so safer than sudofed IMO. I'm no doctor thou but that's my reasoning and I would, prob did but my babies are now 13 & 11 so can't remember for sure, but logic tells me I must of had colds during pregnancies

Thank you. As it's a spray,I didn't know if it enters the bloodstream.

I was told by my doctor last week that she would not advise it. Nearly cried in Boots when the pharmacist wouldn't even sell me Strepsils. I was given what could only be described as the far inferior cousin of Jelly Tots. Utterly useless.

I have been wanting to kill all those who I have encountered over the last week who have been moaning about their colds while throwing back the Beechams with Lemsip chasers. Boo.

Oh no, I used it last night :-(

Have been using Vicks vapour rub and olbas oil since week 12. have had pregnancy rhinitis and found it impossible to sleep without it. My friend is a midwife and she seemed to think it was ok.
