Bloating nitemare!

Just ate my tea of jacket potato and cheese then had nice glass of coke! I loved it but omg now I'm soooo bloated!! I feel I can hardly breathe, I feel that full!!!! Anyone else has this!

How far along are you? I'm 36 weeks and can no longer eat a full meal otherwise I feel like I've eaten so much I'm about to die!

Coke did that to me at the start too. I've been avoiding fizzy drinks
