bleeding for 20 days and counting

hi all. am about 4 weeks pregnant but have been bleeding for 20. have to go to epu tomorrow although im not sure what they can do as its to early to sea a heartbeat on scan yet! havent been worried yet as had dpotting with ds1 but suddenly suffering tummy cramps this afternoon and increased blood loss. not sure if im having an mc or if things are ok. has anyone else been through similiar with a happy outcome???

Hi masterted I didn't bleed for as long as you have but did go to the EPU & they were so lovely. Although it'll be too early for a scan to see the heartbeat they'll be able to do blood tests to make sure your hormones are rising as expected. Hope all goes well tomorrow for you x

They should also be able to see a sac and the embryo at this stage and hopefully see if all appears normal.
