Back pain & severe bouts of dizziness

I'm very newly pregnant 5 + 5 & symptoms have not been too bad till now. In the early hours back ache woke me up, I got up to go the loo & the pain got worse I began to feel nauseous & got really dizzy to the point I thought I would fall off the toilet!
I had the runs (sorry tmi) & the pain went off although I still felt sick. This morning I feel a little peaky, mostly tired but the episode has worried me slightly, I'm paranoid of miscarrying, I've not had any blood. Is this experience to be expected, hope it doesn't happen driving to work!

Sounds more like a tummy bug than pregnancy related, see how you get on and maybe ring your GP for advice.

Thanks for your reply, mum thinks so too as they've have the same, you don't think it'll harm baby do you? I've not been unwell today just had backache, I wish I had more common sense about being pregnant, it's all brand new!

It won't harm baby, don't worry. It's totally normal to stress about everything, but just try to remember that odds are everything will be fine, just have a look on NHS website for foods to avoid, and take a pregnancy multivitamin :)
