Anyone else not sleeping? 9.5 weeks and it's a mix of anxiety and restless leg.... Have to be up for work in less than 3 hours..... Ugh.

36 + 2 here... I feel sick with exhaustion bit can't sleep...

Got to be up in 3 hours!!

Any tips on dealing with insomnia would be greatly appreciated!

Up vomiting tonight. Stomach cramping like mad. Can't lie down, can't sit up. I just want to sleep.

Awake now too. Doesn't help the dog was barking to go out, he knows I get up at this time now already so no chance of going back to sleep!

Yup, I'm still up...

I'm 38+5 with my first and never realised you could survive on such little sleep! Think my brain is so full of baby thoughts I just can't switch off. Been the same for a couple of weeks now.

The regular bathroom trips aren't helping either...

Lovely dd (9 months today) managed to kick the light projector off the cot at 4.50 and wake us both up

So she's had her milk and we are in my bed waiting for the house to warm up!
