personally I would say no but baby has possibly moved into a v uncomfortable position. can you have a nice warmish bath and relax a bit? Are you experiencing BH yet?

dressedupnowheretogo · 23/07/2006 19:01

when you have a bh contraction it feels like (or did for me anyway) your bump goes incredibly hard and you feel you've put about 4stone on your tummy alone. I found mine occurred mainly whislt I was walking or just getting up from sitting, or indeed after a wee.

dressedupnowheretogo · 23/07/2006 19:03

oh ive been having that for ages for definate this is different

Are your feet and hands still swollen?

What sort of pain is it?

Katymac · 23/07/2006 20:45

If you are worried ring someone, they can either do something or reassure you - either way you will feel better

bubblez · 23/07/2006 20:47

I do have to agree, the last thing you need to be doing when pregnant is worrying. The people on the other end of the line can be very reasuring and deal with this sort of thing all the time.

blueshoes · 23/07/2006 21:22

can you call a midwife? I was given the number of my hospital labour ward which will always have someone there 24 hours, 7 days a week. Might be in your maternity notes.

eenywifemum · 23/07/2006 21:29

yes booby call. its probably the heat doing it somehow but you may as well have your mind put at rest! good luck hon.

PinkTulips · 23/07/2006 21:34

if you don't have a number to ring just go in to the hospital babe, they won't mind and it sounds like you need to get yourself checked over

1Baby1Bump · 23/07/2006 21:34

im am 34wks with no2 and get bh all the time with this one.
somedays i find i cannot sit at my desk at work as i cant actually sit up straight, like i have a plank of wood in my belly stopping me.
i have to sort of lie back- looks real good to the customers im sure!!
in fact hes at it now, i can feel him getting into a vertical central position, now hes jammed under my ribs!
i would ring the community mw and explain and they will say you are fine im sure and that if you are still worries to let them know u are coming and go in and get checked.

You need to take it easy. Dont do NOTHING!!
This week is going to get hotter (im normally a sun Godess!) But cannot take it. At 32 weeks my feet look like the Klumps and theyre not gonna get any better. Im of for a pedicure then back home to put my feet up and admire my french pedicure!
Glad to hear all is well tho.

PinkTulips · 24/07/2006 12:52
