Period pains - 35 weeks

I'm 35+3 today and last night and today I have had what I can only describe as period pains. It started last night but wasn't too painful, then stopped during today but has come back with a vengeance tonight.

The pain is really low down, at the bottom of my bump and into my groin almost. It is almost constant but occasionally gets worse. It doesn't look like the baby has dropped and the pain doesn't seem to be teamed with my braxton hicks (which I've had for several weeks now).

Has anyone else experienced this or know what it could be?

Could be a uti? I'd get it check out just to be safe.

I would get it checked out..when I was in labour I complained about period pain and was told what it was what I wanted...It could also be a UTI

Thanks Smile I hadn't considered a UTI. Pain went today but is coming back now. If it continues I will get it checked.
