Am 36 weeks with DC1 and have had hideous back pain in kidney area all afternoon. Don't think it's an infection because i had my midwife appt this morning and urine etc is all normal.
Is this just likely to be the baby pressing on organs or could be be something else? Have also had a lot of Braxton Hicks today, some of which have made my eyes water a bit. Am wondering if the two symptoms are related - the pain seems a bit high up to be anything labour-related but am a complete newbie at all this...
