I'm 36 weeks...I'm not sure how this pregnancy has zoomed past sooo fast but it has!

I've nothing ready for the baby. I can't find the crib in the loft. I have no idea which travel system to go for. I keep putting off buying clothes as I've nowhere to store them...

This is dc6 so I've no excuse!!

Best bit is I've had 2 dc at 37 weeks. 2 dc at 38 weeks & dc was the only one that I got to my due date.

I've nothing left from older dc- apart from the crib that I can't find!

I've been putting off doing my bag as I was having a hb but baby is still breech & I've got a hospital appointment next week.

Dc5 still sleeps in my room so I've a lot to organise! Dc off school til 7/1. I'm still working. No dp around to help.

Please tell me I'm not the most disorganised mum on MN or am I?? ;-)

All you need is your boobs and a couple of nappies, what's the problem? Grin

HECTheHeraldAngelsSing · 30/12/2013 17:01

probably. Grin

but babies need surprisingly little. As you ought to know after 5 of them Grin

Get someone up in that loft (do you have a friend or family member who can head up there for you?), grab a couple of those all in ones and you're good to go.

Travel systems - that's the new word for pushchair, right? I've always thought they were much of a muchness, tbh.

nappies, cotton wool, baby gro, somewhere to sleep and a pram/car seat, and that'll do you.

Do you have childcare in place for the older ones for the day?

you'll be fine. Don't panic.

If I am particularly nice, can I come round and sniff your baby for a bit? Grin

well fair play you already have 5 children, and Christmas it's still lingering I wouldn't be so hard on your self.not to mention still working, Like the other lady said you've got boobs and nappies sorted lol.

Things will fall together, I like to look at as not unorganised more organised kaos :p you need a medal women

Ff this one...back to work early etc. I need a car chair for school runs. It could sleep in the car chair if push comes to shove.

Dc 4 had severe reflux & was about 18 months before he laid flat!

I won't bother with bouncy chairs/ changing mat/ bath/ changing bags. I need blankets, vests, clothes etc...

My grown up ds & his partner, will be coming down for few days but I will either have had baby, be in labour or having c/s so bit late for the crib! I can do without it really.

I must make a list!
