Has anyone had these? Woke up with my toes curling downwards and hurting like bastards.
Still on going
At least with the leg cramps they pass quickly but these have been hurting for a good 10 min now. This is another thing to wake me on top of the toilet breaks. Need to pee every hour so wake up for that and everytime I change side I wake up due to the bloody SPD.

Argghhhhh

Oh gosh yes they are just awful! Comes on in the night and sometimes in the day if I get into an awkward toe position- eg kneeling down to put washing in. Ouch!!!

Can't offer any cast iron solutions but I have found that making sure my feet are kept warm helps a bit.

Me too-totally sucks! I got hit by toe cramp in sainsburys at the weekend. I was looking after my 2 DS' sat on the floor attempting to hold my twisted toes which I can't do and breathe at the same time as my bump is massive. When DH found me I managed to wheeze the word 'cramp' at him and then caught sight of a horrified looking woman who I think thought I was in labour.

I second keeping your feet warm and I think I remember reading something about eating bananas but have no idea if that works!

I have eaten so many bananas. Didn't help at all. Have been having all sorts of weird cramps. Almost thought my leg was gna break itself into two

Shock
