Travel insurance when pregnant

Has anyone arranged travel insurance for a 'complicated' pregnancy?

I have been diagnosed with ovarian cysts and am concerned that a standard insurance policy wouldn't cover me in the event of any problems they might cause (either to me or to the pregnancy).

Reading up on insurance during pregnancy it seems like a number of fairly common situations are often not covered as standard (like IVF pregnancies for instance).

Anyone found insurers that will cover in these kind of circumstances? Or do people just avoid reading the small print and hope for the best?

Best bet is to give the insurer a call before you purchase - it varies quite a bit. I've never had a complication before but definitely need to know what you are covered for before travelling.
