Hi all,

I'm new to this. Recently found out I'm pregnant, worked out that I'd be around 6 weeks now!

Feeling sick pretty much all the time, super thirsty, super tired and boobs painful! I don't know what to do with myself! Is it normal to feel this rubbish??

Wishing you all happy and healthy pregnancies!! Smile X x

Afraid it's very normal. For me it was like having the worst hangover ever day in and day out. Most people start to feel better around 12 weeks. x

I'm 13 weeks and only just starting to feel normal now. The first 3 months were shit!! You have my sympathy.

That's exactly how I feel like I have a major hangover!! Suppose at least I'm not alone! Here's to the next 6 weeks flying by and everything being ok! Glad you both are feeling bit better now!

You have my total sympathy.
Try and take heart in knowing that it's all good, and many women stress for weeks and weeks until they actually feel pg. I know it doesn't really help you, but the nothingness is horrible too. xx

omg, first timer, about 6 weeks and feel exactly the same. plus the father is an unsupportive arsehole. so down right now. at least i got my little tenant down there to make me feel like its all worth it. even if im retching every five minutes, works a nightmare cos i cant concentrate on anything and im sure someone has crept in my window hilst i slept and replaced my boobs with water balloons filled with lead. its like, rediculous. happy pregnancies all xx

PuppyMummy · 29/12/2013 17:15

Congratulations! I didn't really feel sick but was super tired, super thirsty and super hungry!

im 18 weeks now and the hunger and thirst hav gone but still very tired!

So I would say yes, your feelings r totally normal!

superlambanana · 29/12/2013 17:36

Sorry but yes it's normal. And there's more to come...! Concentrate on the little baby at the end of it or you'll go bananas

I'm 24 weeks and still have horrible flash backs of the first and early second trimester. Sickness and nausea and very painful boobs for nearly 4 months. Now i still have a little sickness and now I'm just plain damn shattered I never got the boost of energy were your suppose to glow. My first pregnancy too so don't worry all normal to feel like this. Midwfie try to make me feel better by telling my I feel this awful as I'm high in pregnancy hormones. It's didn't comfort me that much lol.

Just rest try and take one day at a time, eat little and often, and wish you a happy healthy pregnancy too congraultations xxx

Just keep thinking "this time next week I'll feel a bit better"

This is mainly true Smile
