Early pregnancy uti

I'm about 5+5 and judging by my symptoms I have a uti. I've got a dull ache above my right hip, slight burn when I wee, slight blood in urine first thing. I haven't had any bleeding so I'm hoping it is just a uti and not eptopic! I've called 111, being my first pregnancy I was a little worried but he said I'll just be fine to wait and see my GP in the morning (which is actually when i was going to tell them I'm pregnant!)
I'm drinking pints of cranberry and water is there anything else I can do?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

not really. If you have any concerns or the bleeding gets worse ring back 111. Your gp should be able to refer you to maternity unit if needed. Take a urine sample with you. Pre empts them asking, and they can simply rule out a uti. (its the easiest thing to diagnose.
Hope it goes well

Thank you, don't think I have anything here to take a sample in but I'm weeing ever half hour at the moment so that shouldn't be a problem. :) been on the water and cranberry all day and i can barely feel it now so fingers crossed I'm right about it being a uti!
