I got that, it's awful isn't it. I had a cold spray I used, ate bananas (didn't help) only thing that helped was a warm bath before bed.
Actually got more sleep after babies were born than pregnant!

iv eliminated cramps by drinking coconut water (expensive at 3.36 a litre) which is loaded with potassium, plus magnesium supplements. drink as much as poss.

I had the same problem after a shift at work today, tried to have a nap as didn't sleep well at all last night. Couldn't relax coz of legs. I went and got a bath which helped and managed to have an hour nothing worse.

Sympathies, I had this too, it was maddening! Potassium, and I found stretching my legs (leaning forward towards a wall, while standing a couple of feet away) helped. But it's bloody annoying. Hope it eases soon.

Thanks all, I will try a bath before bed and stretching. I couldn't face coconut juice I'm afraid, I hate coconut!! Wink
