Panic about notes

I went for my 20 scan on Monday and gave my folder with my notes in it to the doctor doing the scan.
I've just been to check something and realised that my notes aren't in my folder.
I'm in a panic that they've been lost as I haven't had a phone call from the hospital to let me know they've found them.
I've tried ringing the hospital but there's no one there until Monday.
Has anyone else had any experience of their notes being lost? Can it be sorted out?

I'm not sure it matters that much, it should all be on their computers anyways, and they should be able to give you a new book if yours isn't found. Why panic? It's not like it's going to effect your unborn child
