whats going on??

I am so confused, I started my period on the 7th december and finished on the 12th, couplecdays later took a preg test, which camebup positive.
then I took a clear blue test which said 2-3 weeks pregnant. I then had a internal scan but showed nothing? I had my blood test but it showed that it only rised a little bit. ive had spotting all week also. someone help please?????

Maybe you had a chemical pregnancy as I think the hormone level stays in you for a while, I know people that have had a Miscarriage but still got a I site pregnancy test for a few weeks after, try testing again and that may help
