For the past 3 days I've had a pain under my ribs, but I feel the baby moving really low, it doesn't feel like the babys lying under it, I feel dizzy all the time. Advice anyone???

Its always worth getting checked out. IMO better to be safe than sorry. Ive no idea what it could be, but its not worth sitting on something just in case its nothing. Can you speak to the MW in the morning?

jessandalfie · 26/12/2013 21:11

Yeah I'm going to give the midwife a call in the morning see what she advices x

Hey, you still about?
Ive just come across another thread here and done a bit of googling, which absolutely doesn't make me a doctor, but it seems that upper abdominal discomfort and dizziness are possible sings of pre eclampsia. If I was you, I would ring the midwife now. As I said already, better to be safe than sorry. x

Didn't you have pain under your ribs a couple of weeks ago, what did the midwife say about it then? Apologies if it wasn't you!

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 27/12/2013 12:39

I hope you're ok Jessie. x

Yeah had the pain a couple of weeks ago 2. Went to the docs they think I've pulled a muscle under me rib, but last time they said don't worry about it but its hard not to worry wen there's soo much pain there

Well a pulled muscle is MUCH better than Pre Eclampsia. It could be much worse. Its a great excuse to rest up! Wink
