Are bath bombs safe?

DH has kindly bought me a range of bath bombs as I've been suffering a bit of backache, does anyone know if they're safe to use in pregnancy?

My sister thinks you should avoid heavily fragranced products but she couldn't remember if it was during or after pregnancy

Thanks

Some essential oils should be avoided in pregnancy most pregnancy books have a list of safe and avoid or google for latest thoughts. Things like a small amount of lavender are normally on the safe list but chamomile is on the avoid list.

More of a problem is the oils make the bath slippery. Make sure you are very careful. Avoid peppermint too. Artificial fragrances are ok, you will be adding to a bath full of water so well diluted fragrances.

Most are safe for baby but might irritate your bits!
