Dreams!! WTF

I'm currently 5 weeks +2 days (obsessive I know)
I keep having horrid dreams last night I went to the toilet and had the dreaded AF turn up, before I got my BFP I had a dream I had a baby but it passed away n I was stroking it's face! Disturbing or what!
I have previously had 4MC and an ectopic, last year.
Is my mind in overdrive???

Yes, it is!
When I was pg I used to fairly regularly dream I had been out on a bender, sometimes even drugs (never happened in real life, before or since!) and the relief when I woke up and knew it wasn't true.
Those raging hormones affect everything.
Congrats on pg and so sorry for your losses. Even without the added hormones I expect your mind raced a fair bit?
Try to relax and enjoy, and let all your worrying out while asleep.

If it makes you feel better, you are likely to be having as many (and as weird) dreams as you always have, but your sleep is being disturbed meaning you remember/notice them!

Thanks guys, I was hoping it was normal, I'm never sure to take the saying 'dreams are a warning' 'dreams are the opposite of what happens' if you know what I mean,
I can't wait to have my early scan new yea eve and finally see what is going on in my body!
I've had lots of pulling pains and cramps nothing major so fingers crossed! Xx

Yeah I've had lots of weird dreams since falling pregnant. Like you anxiety dreams.

I had a dream last weekend I had sex with this guy who I work with. In real life I don't even look at him like that AT ALL I had to see him the next day and I couldn't even look at him. I felt totally guilty on my hubby as well lol. It was a very detailed dream. Luckily it wore off and I feel ok around him again, AS lovely as this guy is I WOULD NEVER have sex with him ewwwwwww.
