Stretching or something else?

I have had this pain for almost 2 weeks now its at the bottom of my stomach and the top across my ribcage, its a constant dull ache but it hurts more if I'm standing for more than 10 minutes at a time its progressed to across my stomach today and its like I'm being tortured, sometimes its so bad the pain makes me cry, I'm not a crier and have a high pain threshold. I'm 20 weeks on Tuesday and not got a very big bump but surely stretching doesn't hurt this much? Any tips on how to make it go away or even hurt less would be great as no position seems to help Sad

Any pain that bothers you this much, you should see your GP or midwife.

BUT - I had awful pains in my ribcage with DS, felt like a stitch in my lungs but more painful. There were sharp stabbing sensations when I breathed. And it was just bump stretching stuff, DS was fine. Damn uncomfortable though and made me gasp and and squeal with pain quite a bit.

Nobody ever said it would hurt this much :( I only met my midwife once at my booking appointment and have sorted my own scans and drs appointments out as when I did meet her she kept mentioning how busy she was so I don't want to waste her time. I might call my gp just in case but based on your experience hubba I think it is just stretching.
