I have had this pain for almost 2 weeks now its at the bottom of my stomach and the top across my ribcage, its a constant dull ache but it hurts more if I'm standing for more than 10 minutes at a time its progressed to across my stomach today and its like I'm being tortured, sometimes its so bad the pain makes me cry, I'm not a crier and have a high pain threshold. I'm 20 weeks on Tuesday and not got a very big bump but surely stretching doesn't hurt this much? Any tips on how to make it go away or even hurt less would be great as no position seems to help
