Salad dressings

Is ok to have salad dressings with egg yolk in ie garlic and herb. Doesn't say if it is pasturised on the label. Its from tesco.

If it's bottled and on the shelf (ie not in fridge) then it will be pasteurized. It would go off immediately if not.

In fact it is most likely sterilized rather than pasteurized (even safer)
