Hi everyone, I am new to London, England and am looking for a prenatal yoga class in Finchley, North London. Does anyone know of any? Thanks for your help.

oh the best IMHO is the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Maida Vale. Wonderful, wonderful classes..

I'm looking for the same thing adn I'm based in Archway. Did you have any luck?

try looking on the birthlight website, offer a variety of yoga classes especially for pregnancy.

triyoga is fab. then once you have had bub they also do mummy and me classes/ massage classes that you can take the baby too. its where i go and I love it.

Iyengar yoga is fab. I did it when pg with ds1.

I don't know if Finsbury Park is too far out of your way but I go to an antenatal yoga class at Yoga Junction there (next to tube). They have classes on Monday evening and I think there's one on Thursday morning too.
I've heard the Active Birth place in Archway that someone else mentioned is good too.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure they do antenatal yoga at the healing arts centre in Muswell Hill...
