5/5 engaged??

What does this actually mean? Does it mean a tiny bit engaged, on the way to being engaged, not atall engaged?
The mw just said the head is 'nice and fixed in' ?!

I think it's fully engaged but not 100%!

Not at all engaged! It means you can feel the whole (5/5ths) of your baby's head through your tummy, so it hasn't moved down into your pelvis. Totally engaged is 0/5th - so far down in the pelvis you can't feel the baby's head through your tum at all. Hope that helps!
