Just wondered if anyone has these? I got some off eBay and I really like them. However they have a massively thick elastic encased in stretchy black fabric. Initially I could wear them over bump but now too tight so I fold it down into the trousers and they (sort of) stay up. Is this how they are supposed to be worn?

Has anyone had similar experiences? Should I persevere or go shopping? I hate shopping for clothes at the best of times but maternity trousers are so hard to find! I don't have confidence to buy online...

There are 2 types of band, over bump and under bump. Perhaps these are under bump trousers? The under bump tends to have smaller waist band maybe 3 or 4 inches. If it's comfy then that's great. Personally I liked over the bump trousers a bit more as I got bigger as I found some maternity tops were a bit short and I had a bit of a gap
